Work, family or daytime commitments? The Online Evening Pathway delivers the full CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support through live, trainer-led online classes three evenings a week — with structured attendance, online learning resources, assessment support and progress monitoring keeping you on track.

Your weekly schedule

Nine hours per week of live, trainer-led learning — enough structure to build real momentum, scheduled after most working days end.

What's included

• All 15 units delivered through live online sessions with structured attendance expectations.
• First Aid included — we arrange it after your theory component is complete; you attend in person at whichever of the 100+ Australia Wide First Aid venues is closest to home, in any state.
• Placement preparation and readiness support for your 120 hours of practical placement.
• Job-readiness and employment preparation.

First Aid & placement

Before placement, you'll also need your National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and COVID-19 vaccination evidence if required by the placement host.
